• Email Sending and Campaign Practices:
• Consent: You warrant that all email lists used with the Service are permission-based. This means every recipient has given explicit, verifiable, opt-in consent to receive emails from you. You must maintain clear and accessible records of such consent. Purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists are strictly prohibited.
• Unsubscribe: All marketing emails sent through the Service must include a clear, conspicuous, and functional unsubscribe link that allows recipients to easily opt-out of future communications. You must honor all unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days, or as required by applicable law).

• Data Scraping and Generation (CRM Scraper, Email Generation, etc.):
• Legality: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the CRM scraper, email generation, and similar tools, and any data obtained through them, complies with all applicable laws, including data privacy and intellectual property laws. You must ensure that any collection or processing of data, including publicly available data, is done legally and ethically.
• Prohibited Scraping:You shall not use the scraping tools to:
• Scrape data from websites that explicitly prohibit scraping in their Terms of Service or robots.txt files.
• Engage in any activity that could overload, damage, or impair our systems or the systems of third parties.
• Collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation) unless you have a clear legal basis and explicit consent where required.
• Obtain data for purposes of harassment, discrimination, or any other malicious or illegal activity.
• Use of Generated Data: Any email addresses or contact information generated or identified by the Service must be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Service Integrity:You shall not:
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure.
• Use the Service to send malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
